food for empty space

First posts are funny: my first step into this brand new blogging realm and not a single witness present. Only white walls and bare floors, anonymous neighbors and the comfortless knowledge that these christening thoughts are no more than food for empty space.

I'm twenty-three years old, an aspiring...well I'd like to do something in the field of creativity. The more general I leave that, the better--at least for now. Through this blog, I will probably write about my search for a higher art and my pretty much fruitless, though still ceaseless, attempt to return wonder to what's left of life.

You see, after a pretty secure childhood--one in which the oblivion of munchkinland provided me the comfort of being able to assume that the big ones had everything figured out--I grew up to find that, in truth, the big ones have far less figured out than they'll ever admit, and reality, the very same one that seemed so thick and bright before, actually hangs by a desperate thread. Thus, my ascent into maturity was my descent into lassitude. And although I do recognize a greatness in revival, in a life lived to "make things better", the brass tacks of what such an "honorable life" demands can often overbear.

If nothing else, this blog will be a journal of my continued descent, or well-sought restoration. I'll make a resilient push for the latter.

This is my attempt at honesty at last.

Well, the first post it's always funny because we never know exactly what to say, what can we think in "loud though". But i may say that your first post is very interesting, in fact, i enjoyed the way you wrote about yourself, so sympathetic and intelligible...

Thanks for the visit on my blog.

Ah! By the way, i have a kind of affinity by New York because Woody Allen makes that to us with his movie called "Manhattan"! And because my mother lives there. Soon i'll get my greencard, i guess. That depends on "Mr new president of united states".

Well, see ya.

Hey, I have a friend that lives in New York, do you know him....his name is Robert.

I wonder how people come up with such interesting things to say, my blog is boooring! I need to be more creative and stop babbling about my boring life, I think I'll creat a new life through blogging and be someone adventurous and spontaneous. I'm going to think of a new name for myself, like a superhero!

Hi Jason, well... The blogspot method its very simple and basic. It does not have a system that informs you when new post is made. You have to keep checking... Are you talking about some kinda of Newslatter? I didn't understand completely what you wants to know... So i think you can writte me an e-mail, that way we don't need to comunicate by commentaries (it seems better to me).

Welcome to the blog world. Searching for that "thing" that you want to become in this world is often elusive to say the least. Good luck with all you endeavor to become. Thanks for stopping by my blog also.

Jason, you write very well; your words flow quite nicely. Anyway, with much anticipation, I am hoping to see great discoveries and the "restoration" that you mentioned in the posts to come.
