I have just taken up golf again after a four or five year hiatus. Practicing 50+ hours a week for an entire year, I will try to go from hack (50 Handicap) to scratch (0 Handicap). Technical training alone will not be enough to reach my goals, so I will incorporate internal training as well: meditation, prayer, and positive projection.
